Ankur Sanghai

Ankur Sanghai is a multidisciplinary operator with experience spanning venture building, operations, strategy, and startup scaling. Prior to this, at The/Nudge Institute, he led new initiatives focused on designing and scaling pilots in natural farming, AI-enabled pest surveillance, residue monitoring, and other agricultural innovations aimed at improving farmer incomes and ecosystem resilience.

His career spans diverse sectors including oil and gas, private equity, luxury, and agritech, giving him a unique blend of operational, strategic, and entrepreneurial experience. Ankur holds a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
